Donald M. Malehorn, Esq.

Donald M. Malehorn was born in
Reading, Pennsylvania and grew up in
Morristown,
New Jersey. He is a graduate of
Morristown
High School;
Princeton University, A.B.; and
Columbia
University Law School, L.L.B. where he earned the Harlan Fiske Stone
Scholar award. Mr. Malehorn was admitted to the Bar in New Jersey in
1957 and along with Stephen B. Wiley formed the firm of Wiley and
Malehorn in 1973 (now Wiley Malehorn Sirota & Raynes). He is a member of
the Morris County, New Jersey State and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Malehorn specializes in Real Estate, Land Use and Land Development,
Environmental Law, Trusts and Estates, and Commercial Lending.
He is a member and director of the Morristown Kiwanis Club. In
addition, he has served as counsel to the Chatham Township Planning
Board for over 30 years.
Mr. Malehorn and his wife Carol live in
Morris
Township. They have a daughter Beth of Columbus, Ohio, and two sons,
Richard of Victor, N.Y. and Robert of Mentor, Ohio.
