Fredric J. Sirota, Esq.

Fredric J. Sirota
was born in Paterson, New Jersey and
is a graduate of Paterson, New Jersey, Eastside High School; Lehigh
University, B.A., with honors; and New York University School of Law,
J.D. He was admitted to the Bar of the State of New Jersey in 1972
and subsequently admitted to the Bar of the State of New York.
Rick served as Law Clerk to
the Honorable Martin J. Kole, Superior Court of New Jersey, Chancery
Division, General Equity, in Passaic County, New Jersey. He has been a
member of the firm since 1973 and prior to that was associated with the
predecessor firm of Meyner and Wiley of Newark, Morristown and
Phillipsburg, New Jersey.
Rick is a member of the
Board of Operation Sunshine, a fundraising effort that works in
conjunction with Morris County’s Daily Record to send needy
children to summer camp. He was previously a member of the Board of the
New Jersey Shakespeare Festival at Drew University. Since 1984 he has
been a member of the Board of Directors of the First Morris Bank and
Trust, the largest bank headquartered in Morris County.
He practices in the areas of corporate and
business law, commercial real estate transactions, governmental
approvals and education law. For the last three years, Rick has
been named a Super Lawyer by Super Lawyers magazine in the area
of business law. Super Lawyers magazine is a business publication
that conducts an annual survey of the State’s experienced attorneys.
Rick and his wife Joan
reside in Morristown. Their son Ben is studying law at the University
of Chicago.
