Kristin V. Hayes, Esq.

Kristin V. Hayes was born in Allentown, Pennsylvania. She is a 1995
graduate of the Pennsylvania State University and she received her J.D.
from the Seton Hall University School of Law in 1999.
Kristin was admitted to the bars of New Jersey and
the United States District Court, District of New Jersey in 1999. Prior
to joining the firm, she served as law clerk to the Honorable Amy P.
Chambers, P.J.S.C., Middlesex County, 1999-2000.
Kristin co-authored
"Guidance Still Awaited on FMLA
Leave Remedy," 13 NJL 2139 (2004) and has contributed to the New
Jersey Law Journal's State Supreme Court Year in Review in the area of
commercial law.
Kristin has
presented in the area of employment law, and presented a seminar in
December of 2008 on New Jersey's Paid Family Leave Act.
Kristin formerly
served as an adjunct professor at the Seton Hall University School of
Law, teaching research and writing.
Kristin was named a
Super Lawyer Rising Star in 2006, 2007 and 2008 by Law & Politics and
New Jersey Monthly.
She resides in Somerset County with her husband and
their daughters.
