MEDIATION

            Stephen B. Wiley is a court-approved mediator in New Jersey for cases in the Civil, General Equity and Probate areas of the law.  Mr. Wiley’s professional experience includes 45 years of practice in state and federal court.  He has handled cases involving antitrust, banking, corporate, communications, education, employment, environment, trusts and estates, real estate and zoning law.  Mr. Wiley served as Counsel to the Governor of New Jersey, New Jersey State Senator, Chairman of the Board of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and Chairman of the State Board of Higher Education.  He has served as Chairman of the First Morris Bank and Trust since 1969.
