             In addition to representing school districts, Wiley Malehorn Sirota & Raynes has served as counsel to local governmental entities, such as parking authorities, municipalities, planning boards, county colleges and libraries.  We are fully versed in sunshine laws, public bidding, the Open Public Meetings Act, and the Open Public Records Act.
